Before you spend anything
Are leads guaranteed?
No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something else. This is local presence — a small, permanent billboard at the point where people are sitting still with nothing to read. It works the way a sign works: slowly, by repetition, on people who live nearby.
What if the restaurant closes or takes the board down?
We move your ad to another board in the area at no charge, for the balance of your term. If we cannot place you within 30 days, you get a prorated credit for the unused months. This is written into our terms rather than left to good intentions, because restaurants do close and you are paying a year up front.
Who designs the ad?
We do, to a house template so the whole strip stays legible. You send a logo and tell us what you want it to say; we send back artwork. Nothing is printed until you approve it. If you already have brand artwork, we will work to it.
When do I pay?
In full, before the board is manufactured. That is how the board gets made and how the restaurant pays nothing. We invoice you — there is no checkout on this site.
What does category exclusive actually mean?
On your board, you are the only business in your category for the whole 12 months. It does not extend to other boards: a second restaurant down the road may have a different business in your category. If you want to lock a wider area, tell us and we will talk about more than one board.
Can I renew?
Yes, and you get first refusal on your category on that board before we offer it to anyone else. We will come to you before the term ends.
Which restaurant will I be on?
We tell you before you commit. If the specific venue matters to you — your trade area, your side of town — say so on the form and we will match you rather than fill whichever board is nearest to full.
